TRUSSSSSST ME AND SAVE THIS AND DO IT FOR SURE. Is a simple challenge. Set 4 min and chose 2 exercise and do them back to back till the timer stop and then chose another two for same time till the end. This is full obliques and abs workout. This will help you shed some fat. Get some nice v line. All u got to do is eat right. Workout right and you on your way to a new you.
