Spicy Jalapeño Broccoli Falafel Falafel is usually a no-no on Paleo since legumes are out, but this recipe has a workaround. Instead of chickpeas and flour, they’re made with broccoli rice, cassava flour, jalapeño pepper, and spices. Serve them over greens with sliced carrots and cherry tomatoes, or whatever salad veggies you have on hand.
