Yoga Exercises For Lower Back Arthritis -aka Lumbar Joint arthritis. Cartilage degrades as arthritis sets in & reduces flexibility & increases stiffness in joints. Starting very slowly but with daily frequency, mobility can be increased. Staying still is no longer recommended (it was years ago!). BREATHING is crucial during this and all exercise, as well as just on it's own as an activity to practice!
