Well that sure was fun! ?? Grabbed one of my girl friends and did a cardio workout outdoors today! We decided to head out for a hike here in the #southbay with gorgeous ocean views all around! Only problem: we did stumble upon one giant snake (a first for me on this trail), and we both screamed and ran as fast as possible Probably not the best solution, but we made it out OK, and...that's one way to get some intervals in Always an adventure! #hiking #fun #travel #ocean #beachlife #funwithfitne
