#WISCONSIN ~ Thunder & Lightening are #adoptable Ring-Necked Doves #Appleton. At the shelter since July 2012 as part of a hoarding/neglect case. They're now available for adoption & are looking forward to finding their forever homes! Thunder & Lightening cannot be housed together because of their nature but do like to be in the same room so they can converse in their bird-speak. They sing & laugh & can be quite entertaining.
