Hey loves! How have your no cardio routines been going? I hope you’ve at least given it a go! I do my routines daily when I wake up, and before I have dinner. It’s been good because it only takes me about 30 minutes each time, and even though I’m not over exerting myself I’m still working up a good sweat and elevating my heart rate.
